TL;DR
Customer Success Associate (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end journey of venture capital clients from onboarding to renewal with an accent on portfolio monitoring and reporting best practices. Location: Remote (US). Workday must overlap by at least 6 hours with Chicago, IL, USA
Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 (USD)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of investor customers from onboarding through renewal.
- Configure instances based on customer data and lead strategy sessions.
- Advise clients on portfolio monitoring and reporting best practices using the platform.
- Proactively identify account risks and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for investor needs and feedback.
- Develop scalable guides, templates, and workflows tailored to fund use cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience working with investment firms, finance teams, or investor-focused products.
- Must overlap workday by at least 6 hours with Chicago, IL, USA.
- Strong communication skills and comfort leading client calls.
- Highly organized with a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Background in venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
- Familiarity with KPI reporting and investor updates.
- Experience managing AI tooling, including prompt engineering.
