What you will do

• Execute sales operations activities, including managing quotes, contracts, sales processing, and bookings.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM throughout the sales cycle, ensuring data accuracy and cleaning duplicates.
• Coordinate and drive the completion of RFI/RFPs in partnership with sales and other corporate departments.
• Manage the renewal process and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Support teams to automate and improve the Order to Cash process.
• Review and validate sales agreements for compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based at the headquarters in Bath, MI
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Deep understanding of the quote to cash process and cross-functional dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with VLOOKUPs, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university preferred.
