What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and liaison for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive account growth through targeted upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client goals.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and retention strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product enhancements and service improvements.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide performance reporting and risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product Management, and Support to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success, ideally in SaaS, MSP, or IT services.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and meeting growth and retention targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for engaging senior executives and IT decision-makers.
- Ability to build and execute comprehensive strategic account plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Norwalk, CT.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT management software, cybersecurity, or MSP ecosystems.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and data analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology; MBA is a plus.
