TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (SaaS): Driving expansion and renewal revenue for a unified restaurant technology stack with an accent on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and churn risk management. Focus on leading a team of Account Managers, standardizing commercial processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Location: Must work from the Littleton, CO office

hirify.global provides the Back Office SaaS solution, a unified tech stack for restaurant accounting, payroll, and cost management.

What you will do

  • Own and drive expansion and renewal revenue targets across the existing customer base.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Account Managers on pricing, renewal strategy, and expansion.
  • Standardize account planning, renewal timelines, and scalable expansion plays.
  • Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and operationalize frameworks for churn-risk detection and commercial response to complex events.
  • Oversee renewal forecasting to ensure high-confidence projections.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (AM, CAM, CS, or Expansion Sales).
  • 3+ years of experience leading commercial or post-sales revenue teams.
  • Proven track record of owning renewals and expansion revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing customer health and usage trends.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Littleton, CO office.
  • Work sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales execution platforms like Outreach.
