What you will do
- Own and drive expansion and renewal revenue targets across the existing customer base.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Account Managers on pricing, renewal strategy, and expansion.
- Standardize account planning, renewal timelines, and scalable expansion plays.
- Partner with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and operationalize frameworks for churn-risk detection and commercial response to complex events.
- Oversee renewal forecasting to ensure high-confidence projections.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles (AM, CAM, CS, or Expansion Sales).
- 3+ years of experience leading commercial or post-sales revenue teams.
- Proven track record of owning renewals and expansion revenue.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing customer health and usage trends.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Littleton, CO office.
- Work sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales execution platforms like Outreach.
