What you will do

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing net-new municipal clients in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in local government agencies
  • Own territory strategy, partnering with sales leadership and marketing on account plans and pipeline development
  • Lead consultative sales cycles, diagnosing client challenges and positioning hirify.global solutions
  • Leverage insight-driven selling through research on priorities, funding, and decision structures
  • Maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce, accurately forecasting opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in governmental or related software space
  • Solid experience in prospecting, territory planning, and cold-calling
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude with commitment to learning and feedback
