What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and clinical teams in assigned U.S. territory (community and non-trial sites).
  • Educate providers on AI trial matching, pre-screening, and concierge services via virtual and in-person visits.
  • Identify trial opportunities, support referrals, and track interactions in CRM systems.
  • Spend 70-75% time in field visiting local providers, with occasional travel for conferences or meetings.
  • Provide provider feedback to internal teams and coordinate trial referrals and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, account management, or sales with healthcare providers (ideally oncology/hematology)
  • Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident; existing professional network in oncology providers in your state/territory required
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills; self-motivated for independent remote work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel frequently within local territory.

Nice to have

  • Experience in clinical research.
  • Direct experience driving oncology referrals or trial education.
  • Familiarity with EMRs, NGS testing, or digital trial matching.
