Florida, Ohio, California, Illinois, Minnesota, United States. Remote work model with home-based office and at least 70–75% time in the field visiting providers in your territory. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with existing professional network in oncology providers in your state/territory.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical teams in community and non-trial-site settings.
  • Educate providers on AI matching tools, pre-screening, and concierge services.
  • Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person visits to oncology clinics to introduce services and maintain engagement.
  • Track interactions, referrals, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Provide provider feedback to internal teams and coordinate trial referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, account management, or sales with healthcare providers (ideally oncology/hematology).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and educate providers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently in remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to spend 70–75% time visiting providers locally, plus occasional travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in clinical research.
  • Direct experience driving referrals or trial education with oncologists.
  • Familiarity with EMRs, NGS testing, or digital trial matching.
  • Mission-driven attitude focused on patient access.
