What you will do

  • Generate pipeline and develop target accounts across U.S. payers including Big Six carriers, BCBS plans, regional payviders, insurtechs, self-insured employers, TPAs, brokerages, and coalitions.
  • Structure deal frameworks, advance contracts, and contribute to creative commercial arrangements like PMPM, risk-sharing, and performance guarantees.
  • Support engagements with CMS, CMMI, HHS/ONC for digital health modernization, Kill the Clipboard, and Conversational AI pledges.
  • Work closely with leadership throughout multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close $1M–$3M+ B2B healthcare deals.
  • Represent company externally at conferences, panels, and federal contexts.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of U.S. payer landscape: national carriers, BCBS plans, regional health plans, TPAs, brokerages, employer coalitions; identify decision-makers and build relationships
  • Understanding of CMS, CMMI, HHS digital health initiatives, value-based care; represent company credibly in federal contexts
  • Knowledge of ERISA, stop-loss, plan design, ASO; how digital health solutions are procured by employers/TPAs/brokerages
  • Track record developing new business in greenfield markets, prospecting from scratch, iterating go-to-market.
  • History closing $1M–$3M+ B2B healthcare deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication to present to seniors and represent externally.

Nice to have

  • Experience in oncology, specialty pharmacy, high-acuity management.
  • Prior work/sales to BCBS, Consortium Health Plans, large employer coalitions.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial economics, biomarker reimbursement, precision medicine.
  • MBA, MHA, JD or relevant advanced degree.
