What you will do
- Execute recruitment and selection processes, post positions, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment platforms and ensure smooth hiring
- Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and implement hazard corrections
- Supervise PPE distribution, inventory, and usage
- Organize safety training and lead EHS processes
- Comply with customer EHS requirements and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field
- +3 years of experience in recruitment
- +3 years of experience in EHS
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and legislation
- Knowledge of IMSS law and social security requirements related to EHS
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025
- Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5’S
