Salary: $97,750 - $115,000

What you will do
- Analyze business processes across Go-to-Market functions and Enterprise Applications to identify automation and scale opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to define desired outcomes and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Translate business needs into technical recommendations, requirements, and implementation plans.
- Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to align priorities.
- Support foundational architecture by defining scalable processes and governance models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Product Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Must be based in Burlington, MA or Raleigh, NC at the time of application.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and drive operational improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments partnering with technical teams.
- Technical curiosity and a demonstrated interest in AI and automation.
