What you will do

• Analyze business processes across Go-to-Market functions and Enterprise Applications to identify automation and scale opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define desired outcomes and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Translate business needs into technical recommendations, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams to align priorities.
• Support foundational architecture by defining scalable processes and governance models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Product Operations, or Process Improvement.
• Must be based in Burlington, MA or Raleigh, NC at the time of application.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and drive operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments partnering with technical teams.
• Technical curiosity and a demonstrated interest in AI and automation.
