TL;DR

Associate Recruiter (Hardware Recruiting): Support full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles with an accent on sourcing passive candidates and managing candidate pipelines in ATS. Focus on conducting phone screens, coordinating multi-time zone interviews, and ensuring high-quality candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Location: Onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States. Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with recruiters on full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Draft personalized outreach, conduct phone screens, and evaluate early-stage candidates
  • Coordinate scheduling for phone screens, virtual, and onsite interviews across time zones
  • Manage ATS workflows, data integrity, reporting, and candidate experience
  • Support offer processes, reference checks, onboarding, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship
  • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing
  • Curiosity, persistence, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn
