What you will do

• Administer Marketo and Salesforce, managing campaign setup, field management, and sync integrity.
• Optimize the Marketo-Salesforce integration, focusing on lifecycle stages, routing logic, and attribution accuracy.
• Develop lead lifecycle programs, scoring models, and automated nurture flows to improve conversion.
• Maintain campaign tracking frameworks to ensure accurate and reliable attribution reporting.
• Execute database cleanup initiatives, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards through validation rules and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable platforms).
• Proven experience streamlining workflows, improving lead management, and cleaning CRM data.
• Strong understanding of marketing-to-sales funnel mechanics and campaign attribution.
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
