What you will do

• Manage and optimize integrations between Hubspot and other marketing tools, ensuring data synchronization with Salesforce CRM.
• Develop lead scoring, nurture workflows, database segmentation, and AI-driven automation for efficiency.
• Enforce best practices for lead/contact lifecycle management across marketing and sales teams.
• Create and distribute key marketing reports on advertising performance, lead attribution, pipeline contribution, and campaign impact.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, track conversions/A/B tests, and recommend optimizations across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations on data flows, BDR workflows, campaign execution, and budget management.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or related role
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics), Sweep, Workato, and similar tools
• Deep curiosity and experience with modern AI tools and experimentation
• Strong knowledge of lead management, list optimization, data quality/hygiene, and database segmentation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
