What you will do

• Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud using database management and data extensions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to execute various customer-facing communications.
• Optimize email platform KPIs, including inbox deliverability, data feeds, and mobile metrics.
• Execute technical production, including automated campaign setup, scheduling, and testing.
• Manage data architecture, tagging, and deployment of recurring and dynamic content-driven campaigns inside SFMC.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) products.
• Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
• Ability to operate in both long-term strategic and short-term tactical scopes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Marketing Cloud Certification strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
