What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify strategic priorities, skill gaps, and performance challenges.
• Apply HPI methodologies to diagnose root causes and recommend targeted learning or non-learning interventions.
• Design and implement learning strategies and roadmaps for both technical and non-technical skills.
• Lead learning engagements and programs, ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through metrics and data storytelling to inform future strategies.
• Act as the primary connector between business units and hirify.global's learning products and services.

Requirements

• Experience in learning consulting, talent development, or organizational development.
• Working knowledge of Human Performance Improvement (HPI) or similar frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze learning metrics, performance data, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable learning strategies.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Research Triangle Park, NC, USA

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in enterprise or technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with learning ecosystems and learning product models.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
• Background in digital learning or large-scale transformation programs.
