Focus on identifying client needs, promoting products and services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

What you will do

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and generate a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and determine their suitability for hirify.global’s products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and BDR leadership to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead interactions in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sales or business development role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, c-suite prospecting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, or similar experience.
