Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $102,000 - $136,000

What you will do

• Lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and development efforts to advance the mission.
• Design and execute comprehensive fundraising programs and campaigns.
• Cultivate and manage donor relationships, including major gifts and corporate sponsorships.
• Oversee all aspects of philanthropic giving and revenue goal achievement.
• Partner with executive leadership and the board of directors to build a culture of giving.
• Provide strategic direction and organizational leadership across departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in leading nonprofit fundraising.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit/business management, communications, marketing, or public administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (based on benefits and organizational structure).
