What you will do

• Lead the Principal Giving Program in the Eastern US, supervising a team of up to 7 front-line fundraisers.
• Develop and implement strategies to secure philanthropic support and 7 to 8+ figure gifts from ultra-high net worth individuals.
• Manage a personal portfolio of principal gift prospects and donors to ensure retention and gift growth.
• Collaborate with IRC senior leadership and the Board of Directors to create compelling cases for investment.
• Mentor and motivate fundraisers to optimize the size and impact of gifts through innovative relationship management.
• Build a robust prospect pipeline and track engagement progress using Salesforce.

Requirements

• 10+ years of non-profit fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in ultra-high net worth individual (UHNWI) fundraising.
• Proven track record of being an empowering and supportive manager to front-line fundraisers.
• Must be based in the United States.
