Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually

What you will do
- Project manage small to medium capital projects autonomously within the bio/pharmaceutical sector.
- Drive the technical direction of design projects including feasibility studies, conceptual design, and construction administration.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary deliverables across Architecture and Engineering to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, report potential delays, and implement mitigation recommendations.
- Oversee the financial performance of engineering projects, including cash flow and life cycle costs.
- Manage contractors and vendors while developing and maintaining project schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Engineering or Management of capital projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or architecture discipline (Process, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
- Experience working in highly regulated environments such as Pharma, Medical Device, or Semi-Conductor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solid understanding of project controls and governance.
- Must be based in or able to work in Burlington, MA (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
