TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage sales and business relations in the hospital sector across multiple states, focusing on IDNs and hospital systems.
  • Secure pharmacy purchasing and distribution of company products in both clinical and faculty settings.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with C-Suite, system leadership, and key healthcare providers (HCPs).
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Execute national strategies, including speaker programs and targeted institutional tactics.
  • Work cross-functionally with field sales and the Business Reimbursement Team to ensure market access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Health Science.
  • Substantial sales experience in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical space.
  • Proven success working within institutional settings and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Must reside near Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, New York, or Boston.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% for in-person customer interactions.
  • Strong competency in strategic planning, execution, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in Medical Dermatology.
