What you will do
- Manage sales and business relations in the hospital sector across multiple states, focusing on IDNs and hospital systems.
- Secure pharmacy purchasing and distribution of company products in both clinical and faculty settings.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with C-Suite, system leadership, and key healthcare providers (HCPs).
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the medical team.
- Execute national strategies, including speaker programs and targeted institutional tactics.
- Work cross-functionally with field sales and the Business Reimbursement Team to ensure market access.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Health Science.
- Substantial sales experience in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical space.
- Proven success working within institutional settings and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Must reside near Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, New York, or Boston.
- Ability to travel up to 70% for in-person customer interactions.
- Strong competency in strategic planning, execution, and regulatory compliance.
