TL;DR

Customer Success Partner (Customer Support): Managing customer purchase orders and providing high-quality service via phone and email with an accent on order validation, payment reconciliation, and cross-departmental coordination. Focus on ensuring seamless order workflows and resolving customer discrepancies to facilitate the transition from idea to production.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Maple Plain, MN). Fixed hybrid schedule: Tue-Thu in office, Mon/Fri remote. Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status (ITAR compliance).

Salary: $18.41 - $24.57 per hour

What you will do

  • Validate customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage customer orders and navigate complex order workflows and internal systems.
  • Reconcile and verify customer payments, resolving discrepancies to maintain order flow.
  • Act as a central liaison between departments to escalate and communicate customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support data integrity in collaboration with the coordination team.
  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing requests to appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency (Green Card) is required for ITAR compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Professional phone presence and clear communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 40+ wpm and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • College degree.
  • Customer service experience specifically within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in team-centric, pool concept environments.
