What you will do

  • Direct and coordinate activities involving the expansion and development of health programs and services.
  • Identify opportunities for grants, contracts, and business agreements to increase market share.
  • Lead and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Oversee all aspects of proposal development from identification to submission, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Develop industry relationships to monitor competition, pricing, and product demand.
  • Manage day-to-day departmental operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits and organizational structure).
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Management, Corporate Development, Marketing, B2B Sales, or Grant/Proposal Writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
