Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and initiate new business discussions with pharma medical and sales/marketing teams.
• Cultivate relationships with pharma decision-makers to position the agency's suite of services.
• Coordinate and lead the development of tailored proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and translate market trends into actionable campaign strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientific strategy, medical writing, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Experience in business development within medical, healthcare, or pharma corporate communications.
• Essential experience with HCP insight gathering or advisory boards in an agency role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and client preferences in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central US time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with CME or third-party subscription/syndicated insight gathering.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in life sciences.
