What you will do

• Establish market presence and distribution channels through consulting partnerships to sell new products.
• Identify, pursue, and close new employer sales opportunities within assigned markets and industry segments.
• Execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Manage RFP responses, finalist presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key consulting and brokerage firms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal implementation, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 15+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or employee benefits industries.
• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven ability to develop relationships with employer decision-makers and benefits consultants.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefits, claims processing, and employee benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the US (Remote CA).
