What you will do
- Establish market presence and distribution channels through consulting partnerships to sell new products.
- Identify, pursue, and close new employer sales opportunities within assigned markets and industry segments.
- Execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Manage RFP responses, finalist presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key consulting and brokerage firms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal implementation, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or employee benefits industries.
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven ability to develop relationships with employer decision-makers and benefits consultants.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy benefits, claims processing, and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in the US (Remote CA).
