Manager, Business Development

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Support execution and management of partnerships with healthcare entities, community organizations, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at regional meetings, conferences, and community events.
• Identify and track partnership growth opportunities and monitor healthcare trends including Medicaid updates.
• Coordinate payer contracts, provider onboarding, and maintain documentation for credentials and compliance.
• Manage workstreams across clinical, operations, and growth teams, tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Conduct research on health plans and partners, synthesizing into insights for strategy materials and proposals.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in healthcare administration or business development, or 3–4 years in healthcare consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, strategic thinking, and research.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or performance tracking tools.
• Exposure to healthcare, public health, or community-based work.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
