What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in health systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for enterprise genomic solutions.
• Apply consultative selling to address client challenges and demonstrate measurable value.
• Conduct market research to assess trends, competition, and expansion areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and execute partnerships.
• Monitor account performance and provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years commercial/business development experience in healthcare systems
• 10+ years negotiating complex multi-stakeholder partnerships/contracts
• Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem including payers, providers, and decision pathways
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship skills
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel up to 60%
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; work independently managing time/territory
