Salary: $2,500 – $4,000 per month retainer + performance commissions

What you will do
- Execute end-to-end revenue strategy for the US market across B2C, B2B, and bid-based channels.
- Oversee paid acquisition (Google, Meta, Bing) and optimize conversion rates, CAC, and LTV.
- Scale partnerships with training providers, staffing agencies, and enterprise clients.
- Lead the strategy and execution for RFPs, RFIs, and bid submissions for government and institutional contracts.
- Define pricing, bundling, and subscription models to improve AOV and retention.
- Establish revenue dashboards and KPIs to drive continuous data-driven optimization.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years in revenue leadership as a CRO.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from $10M to $20M+.
- Strong experience in the US e-learning/EdTech market.
- Expertise in enterprise sales and RFP/bid processes.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels.
