What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops aligned to module specifications.
• Lead laboratory practicals including skinfold assessments, CPET, and blood lactate sampling.
• Update and maintain digital learning content via VLE and MS Teams.
• Support student assessment and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Advise students on academic and pastoral matters.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physiology or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience teaching Physiology topics in a UK higher education setting.
• Excellent communication and digital teaching skills.
• Ability to develop innovative learning materials and manage hybrid delivery.
• Commitment to inclusivity and student-centred learning.
• Right to Work verification and pre-employment criminal records check required.

Nice to have

• PhD in Physiology or equivalent industry experience.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Fellowship of Advance HE (or eligibility).
