What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the content platform, focusing on AEM Assets (DAM).
• Implement a self-service model for global marketers to find, produce, and manage digital assets.
• Lead a cross-functional Agile POD including Service Design, Content Architecture, and DAM Librarians.
• Integrate AI/ML features like auto-tagging and content repurposing into production workflows.
• Drive integration between AEM Assets and other creative tools, web CMS, and social platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager specializing in CMS, DAM, or marketing technology.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).
• High proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications for content production and localization.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the hybrid work model.
