What you will do

• Maintain full, accurate, and accessible student administration records.
• Update the school's management system (UnitE) regarding results, progress, withdrawals, and suspensions.
• Support Academic Exam Boards through marks collection, data entry, and reconciliation.
• Manage the distribution of student timetables and academic certificates.
• Provide administrative support for appeals, disciplinary actions, and Registry investigations.
• Prepare ad hoc reports on student data from existing systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an academic administrative position with a solid understanding of educational processes.
• Must have valid Right to Work verification in the UK.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet high-pressure deadlines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including a criminal records check and reference verification.
