What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in alignment with curriculum standards.
• Develop and update teaching materials and manage digital learning platforms.
• Set, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments and exams.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with specific learning needs.
• Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers.
• Engage in quality assurance processes and contribute to programme evaluations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant health and social care field.
• Experience teaching in Higher Education with strong digital teaching capabilities.
• Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work towards HEA Fellowship.
• Must pass pre-employment checks, including criminal records check and Right to Work verification.

Nice to have

• PhD or near completion of a PhD.
