Account Executive

TL;DR

Account Executive (Media Sales): Driving revenue by building client relationships and closing deals for hirify.global's video advertising solutions with an accent on Entertainment, Tech, CPG, and QSR sectors. Focus on consulting on ad needs, negotiating terms, forecasting sales, and collaborating on campaign execution.

Hybrid in New York, NY (minimum 3 days/week in office)

$100,000 - $130,000 base + 50/50 commission (OTE up to $260K)

What you will do

• Drive revenue, close business, and build relationships with agencies and clients
• Consult on advertising needs and present innovative video solutions
• Negotiate deal costs and terms for mutually beneficial programs
• Forecast, track, and report sales performance including budgets and close probabilities
• Travel throughout territory once or twice monthly
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and provide actionable insights

Requirements

• 5+ years digital or TV sales experience; online video and mobile required
• Established relationships with New York-based agencies and client-side teams
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of viewability and data tags
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of Salesforce and Operative preferred
• Expertise in online media planning tools like @Plan, comScore, DAR, Atlas, Free Wheel
• Experience with major HoldCo's and Indy Agencies
