What you will do

  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, managing relationships, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee deliverables, timelines, cross-functional coordination across Product, Content, Legal, Finance, and third-party providers.
  • Lead meeting cadence, ensure alignment between client expectations and outputs, and handle proposals, SOWs, contracting, and renewals.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, expansions, and revenue targets; support sales processes and strategic partnerships.
  • Track financials, invoicing, Salesforce hygiene, and deliver QBRs/executive updates.
  • Research healthcare/pharma opportunities, monitor industry signals, and develop concepts for new leads.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in client-facing roles managing complex strategic accounts
  • Proven experience owning/contributing to revenue targets, renewals, expansions, upsells (sales experience a plus)
  • Strong program/project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences highly preferred
