What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and senior executives in health systems to foster trust and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for hospital enterprise solutions.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client challenges and demonstrate the value of enterprise systems.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and identify expansion areas.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product development, and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market demand.
• Lead negotiations for multi-stakeholder partnerships and ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of commercial or business development experience navigating complex healthcare system infrastructures.
• 10+ years of success negotiating and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and contracts.
• Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics, including payer, provider, and institutional decision pathways.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
