Focus on driving execution for the Cruz™ Mobility Pod from pilots to scalable real-world deployments.
Location: Central Vancouver office
Salary: $100,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Coordinate interdependent hardware and software workstreams to accelerate new feature development.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, technical roadmaps, and clear ownership.
- Proactively identify project challenges and devise risk mitigation strategies for dynamic scenarios.
- Prepare and present progress reports on initiatives to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and sustain relationships with strategic partners and third-party vendors.
- Bring structure to a fast-moving environment to reduce friction and improve execution across the system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in deep tech or building technically rigorous, complex systems.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams to ship products to market as a Program Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or another technical discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution, motivation, and mentoring.
- Demonstrated aptitude for using Jira or similar project management software.
- Must be based in Vancouver to work from the central office.
Nice to have
- Experience with autonomous mobile robots or self-driving vehicles.
- Knowledge of electronics, sensors, firmware, communication protocols, and power management.
- Experience with mechanical design, CAD, and DFM principles.
- Ability to write code, preferably in C++.
- Understanding of modern AI/ML systems and experience integrating ML models into real-world systems.
- Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
