What you will do

• Drive cross-functional security program execution from initiation through delivery spanning multiple security domains and brands
• Partner with security domain leads across AppSec, InfraSec, Platform Security, Red Team, SOC & IR, GRC, Data Security, AI/ML Security, and Digital Investigations
• Manage and report on OKRs and KPIs, track progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers
• Liaise between MG Security teams and brand leadership to ensure adoption of security standards and best practices
• Coordinate annual security assessments, IR tabletop exercises, security maturity assessments, and external security scoring like BitSight
• Support vendor security programs and provide project management best practices to internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, security program management, or related role
• Strong technical fluency in cybersecurity including security operations, AppSec, InfraSec, cloud security (AWS, GCP)
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving multiple teams or business units
• Experience with security maturity frameworks, stakeholder management, Jira, Agile, OKR frameworks
• Excellent data-driven decision making, dashboard building, and executive communication skills
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-brand security organization or consumer internet/dating industry
• Familiarity with GRC tooling, third-party pen tests, red team engagements, AI governance
• Relevant certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC
