Program Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Southern Ontario and willing to drive to local sites daily (up to 70% field time).

What you will do

• Visit 2-3 customers daily in the Southern Ontario region to ensure high technology adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Train Head Growers and labor teams on using software and interpreting data for better decision-making.
• Collaborate with growers to track and document "wins," such as reduced labor hours and improved yield accuracy.
• Execute customer success plans aligned with crop cycles in coordination with global CS leadership.
• Perform basic on-site hardware troubleshooting, including robot resets and sensor cleaning.
• Translate complex greenhouse issues for software developers and technical software issues for growers.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in the greenhouse industry.
• Based in Southern Ontario with a willingness to drive to local sites daily.
• Ability to spend up to 70% of working time in the field.
• 2-year College or University Degree.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, retention, or adoption.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
