Salary: $135K-175K base + short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Partner with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Product Owners to align strategy, vision, and roadmap execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources for effective communication and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation within the program team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years as program manager or lead, managing complex programs from initiation to closure.
• Strong project management skills for plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent leadership for cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project.
