Salary: $135K-175K base + short-term incentive plan.

What you will do
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs.
- Partner with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Product Owners to align strategy, vision, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources for effective communication and execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation within the program team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 10+ years as program manager or lead, managing complex programs from initiation to closure.
- Strong project management skills for plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Excellent leadership for cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project.
