What you will do

• Provide specialist advice to students with disabilities, long-term conditions, and mental health conditions.
• Coordinate tailored support plans and reasonable adjustments to remove learning barriers.
• Guide students through DSA applications and interpret diagnostic and needs assessment reports.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external organizations and internal stakeholders to optimize support services.
• Act as a Safeguarding Lead and deliver workshops to help staff develop inclusive practices.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and DSA processes.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and inclusive practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be flexible to work across multiple campuses, including some evenings and weekends.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment checks, including criminal records, Right to Work verification, and ID checks.
