What you will do

• Conduct CPR training sessions following established guidelines and curriculum.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.
• Maintain current knowledge of CPR techniques, AED usage, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate training schedules, locations, and materials.
• Manage accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications.
• Address participant inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor within the last 5 years.
• Current CPR instructor certification from AHA.
• Strong knowledge of CPR techniques, AED usage, and first aid procedures.
• Ability to travel extensively as a full-time employee.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and locations.
