What you will do

• Lead full learning design lifecycle from analysis to evaluation using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies for enterprise and market-specific needs.
• Collaborate with education leaders, SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to create high-quality courses, videos, simulations, guides, assessments, and interactive activities.
• Recommend and integrate innovative learning technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Evaluate learning impact with data, metrics, and feedback to optimize programs.
• Support LMS integration and establish training design standards organization-wide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in eLearning and instructional design with adult learning theory
• Experience leading learning projects in matrixed or enterprise environments, preferably healthcare
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Suite
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models, blended learning, and evaluation methods
• Project leadership for multiple concurrent initiatives; excellent communication and stakeholder skills
