What you will do

• Contribute to creating, organizing, and maintaining training content across various formats including instructor-led and digital learning.
• Support onboarding, everboarding, and capability-building programs by ensuring materials accuracy and readiness.
• Develop foundational training assets like presentations, guides, and job aids using established templates.
• Manage program logistics including scheduling, communications, and LMS updates.
• Collect feedback from field teams and track performance data to drive continuous improvements.
• Partner with Enablement, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to maintain content alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, Communications, Business, Sales, Organizational Development, or life sciences.
• 2–4 years experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare; training, sales, or commercial support preferred.
• Strong communication skills with emerging facilitation and content creation capabilities.
• Project management and organizational skills for fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and LMS platforms; digital content tools preferred.
• Travel: ~35–40%.
