What you will do

• Lead end-to-end learning initiatives, including project planning, discovery, and execution.
• Partner with Product SMEs and customer-facing teams to diagnose enablement gaps and define success metrics.
• Design and develop high-quality learning experiences across formats such as eCourses, videos, job aids, and in-app support.
• Define evaluation strategies and analyze utilization data to iteratively improve learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning principles and AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation and quality checks.
• Contribute to the evolution of learning design practices by implementing new tools and templates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing adult learning solutions for software products.
• Strong expertise in learning design methodologies such as ADDIE and agile learning development.
• Advanced skill with modern authoring and visual design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, AI tools).
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end initiatives and collaborate effectively with SMEs.
• Data-informed mindset with experience using engagement data and feedback for iteration.

Nice to have

• Education or certification in instructional design, adult education, or learning experience design.
• Experience with healthcare software or knowledge of the LTPAC / senior living industry.
