What you will do

• Act as a Math Success specialist, transforming how teachers think about and deliver mathematics instruction.
• Design and deliver personalized Professional Development (PD) journeys tailored to the needs of each school and teacher.
• Coach teachers directly in classrooms through observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles.
• Drive measurable impact on teacher confidence and student conceptual understanding.
• Lead hands-on, math-focused PD sessions and workshops rooted in real classroom practice.
• Travel 30–50% of the time to visit schools and districts within the region.

Requirements

• Strong training in mathematics and teaching, ideally with experience as an elementary school math teacher.
• Expertise in building relationships and generating opportunities with district-level administrators.
• Exceptional educator-to-educator communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate early-stage ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time to visit schools and classrooms.
