What you will do
- Architect and maintain a prioritized map of 200 ICP accounts in HubSpot, tracking buyer contacts and signal status.
- Deploy AI agents and automated workflows (Clay, n8n, Zapier) to monitor leadership transitions, milestones, and financial signals.
- Design and own the structured outbound playbook, defining angles and sequences for the ADR team.
- Operationalize executive mobilization by coordinating high-level touchpoints between company leadership and target buyers.
- Manage end-to-end audience acquisition for industry events, including pre-event briefing and post-event follow-up.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, GTM operations, or outbound commercial roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI agents or automated workflows for signal monitoring and enrichment.
- Power user proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, sequences, and lead scoring logic.
- Experience building structured, precision outbound motions based on clear entry criteria and success metrics.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA to access benefits like 401(k).
Nice to have
- Healthcare or health system sales experience, specifically with the Epic ecosystem and IDN structures.
- Experience coordinating C-level executive outreach in relationship-first motions.
- Familiarity with gain-share or performance-based enterprise contracts.
- Former BDR/SDR background with a deep understanding of outbound conversion.
