Salary: $120,000-160,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive strategic initiatives and lead multi-account efforts across clients or regions for excellence and consistency.
- Own the full renewal lifecycle including pricing proposals, negotiations, and contracting.
- Support revenue expansion by identifying opportunities and aligning cross-functional solutions.
- Mentor team members and shape best practices as a strategic partner to leadership.
- Align daily delivery with long-term goals, surface insights, and flag systemic risks.
- Manage financial integrity by handling billing risks, scope shifts, and forecasting.
- Act as escalation point for complex issues, coordinating high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States and commit to Pacific Time zones
- Proven strategic influence and leadership as high-performing individual contributor across multiple accounts.
- Commercial acumen with expertise in renewals, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills for systemic problem-solving and process improvements.
- Track record of mentorship, collaboration, and advanced relationship management for high-value accounts.
- Revenue-conscious mindset linking delivery, billing, and alignment to retention and growth.
