What you will do

• Act as a senior trusted partner to clients, building relationships based on performance marketing expertise.
• Own the day-to-day client experience, ensuring all work aligns with business goals and drives measurable growth.
• Translate client objectives into clear, actionable strategies across paid media channels.
• Integrate paid media, creative, and analytics into a unified growth strategy.
• Lead and develop a growing team of Account Directors and Managers, raising execution standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and opportunities for proactive course correction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, account services, or integrated growth roles within an agency.
• Proven track record of managing and growing complex, multichannel client relationships.
• Deep fluency in performance marketing mechanics, including paid search and paid social.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in integrated media, creative, and analytics environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Diego, US
