Director, Agency Partnerships

TL;DR

Director, Agency Partnerships (Ad Sales): Develop and maintain senior agency relationships to build strategic upfront partnerships in the video marketplace with an accent on structuring deals and driving revenue growth. Focus on negotiating holdco-level agreements, forecasting performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to exceed sales goals.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (minimum 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 per year (commission eligible)

What you will do

• Build and grow senior relationships with agency leadership as a trusted advisor to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate agency-level strategic partnerships in the video upfront marketplace.
• Position hirify.global offerings across Local, Multi-Cultural, Programmatic, and OTT channels through presentations.
• Collaborate with VPs, Directors, and Account Executives nationwide to drive growth and exceed upfront goals.
• Provide revenue pacing, forecasting, and optimization recommendations internally and externally.
• Motivate dispersed teams, break down barriers, and solve problems to ensure operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years in media sales or agency experience; minimum 3 years in agency partnerships
• Extensive Video and/or TV marketplace experience
• Proven experience building sales functions in small/medium companies; self-starter
• Senior contacts at video, digital agencies, and client direct marketers
• Strong understanding of upfront marketplace and ability to structure partnerships
