Salary: $52,500 - $75,000 USD (Base + Variable)

What you will do
- Respond quickly to inbound leads across live chat, email, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and urgency for change.
- Qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework to identify metrics and decision criteria.
- Document key insights in Salesforce to enable seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on strategy and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Participate in coaching and training to accelerate career development within the company.
Requirements
- No previous professional experience required; ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on consultative questioning.
- Exceptional active listening and critical thinking skills to uncover root causes of business challenges.
- Analytical mindset capable of tying prospect challenges to quantifiable business outcomes.
- High level of organization and strong time management abilities.
- Ability to engage with prospects via phone, email, and chat.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other sales frameworks.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
