What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline through consistent prospecting.
- Navigate complex 6–12 month SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to advance deals.
- Lead RFP processes, including preparing written presentations and price quotations.
- Leverage Salesforce for activity tracking and accurate pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (Territory: US East).
- 2+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience, preferably in EdTech, HR software, or HCM.
- Proven track record of managing 50+ accounts and consistently achieving assigned quotas.
- Experience selling complex software to Associations and Training Organizations.
- Deep understanding of mid-market sales cycles and C-level decision-making.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or education-related field.
