What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline through consistent prospecting.
  • Navigate complex 6–12 month SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to advance deals.
  • Lead RFP processes, including preparing written presentations and price quotations.
  • Leverage Salesforce for activity tracking and accurate pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Territory: US East).
  • 2+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience, preferably in EdTech, HR software, or HCM.
  • Proven track record of managing 50+ accounts and consistently achieving assigned quotas.
  • Experience selling complex software to Associations and Training Organizations.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market sales cycles and C-level decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency with AI tools to enhance business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or education-related field.
